GREENWICH NEW BUILD:
Nestled in a colonial neighborhood and on a uniquely narrow lot, our “downtown” house capitalizes on its South facing orientation to capture a peaceful morning terrace and private rear yard.
The design focuses on compact spaces and an open layout, flooding the interiors with natural daylight and calculated views.
Construction starting Winter 2025 with CLT Development.

GREENWICH RENOVATION:
A home should evolve organically with a family, providing the right kind of space for joy and life.
Such is the case with our Central Greenwich remodel, which integrates timeless and minimalist strategies to expand the footprint of an existing split level home. We have worked carefully to maintain the home’s charm while strengthening the connection with its beautiful back yard, and creating an inviting facade for the neighborhood.
